Step-by-Step: CSV / Excel Upload

Open the Bulk tab

Go to barkodkarekod.com/en/ and click the 📋 Bulk tab, then select CSV / Excel.

Upload your file

Drag and drop a CSV, Excel (.xlsx/.xls) or TXT file, or click to browse. Multi-column files are fully supported.

Select the column

If your file has multiple columns, use the dropdown to select the one containing your barcode values. The system auto-suggests the best column.

Choose format and height

Select CODE128, EAN-13, UPC or another format. Adjust the barcode height with the slider.

Generate and download

Click Generate Barcodes. Download each barcode individually as PNG/SVG, or click Download All as ZIP to get everything at once.

✅ Tip: If your file has a header row (e.g., "Product Code", "SKU", "Barcode"), the system automatically detects it and skips the header when generating barcodes.

The Fastest Method: Paste

Select and copy your barcode column in Excel (Ctrl+C), then go to the 📋 Paste tab and paste (Ctrl+V). Each line automatically becomes a separate barcode.

Supported File Formats

.txt — Plain text, one value per line

⚠️ Note: EAN-13 requires exactly 13 digits, UPC-A requires 12 digits. Values with incorrect length will be marked invalid and skipped. Use CODE 128 for flexible-length content.
